Dr Scott Tulloch is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery, with a focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care. He has undertaken extensive training in Australia and internationally, supporting a broad scope of practice across both elective and trauma orthopaedics.
His clinical interests include complex knee conditions, sports-related injuries, and hip and knee replacement surgery using contemporary surgical techniques. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dr Scott Tulloch completed his medical degree with Honours at Monash University before undertaking specialist orthopaedic training and achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2016.
He subsequently worked as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon within major metropolitan health services, including Alfred Health and Western Health, where he developed broad experience across elective orthopaedic procedures and trauma care.
To further develop his clinical skills, Dr Tulloch completed a 12-month fellowship at the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic in Canada. During this time, he was involved in the management of complex knee injuries and worked within a high-performance sporting environment, contributing to the care of athletes at an elite level. He also undertook international observerships at leading centres in Europe and the United States, focusing on contemporary approaches to knee reconstruction and hip and knee replacement surgery.

Passionate about education, Dr Tulloch plays an active role in training the next generation of surgeons. As part of his public appointment at Western Health, he mentors advanced orthopaedic trainees and medical students from the University of Melbourne. His dedication to teaching reflects his belief in the importance of passing on knowledge to improve patient outcomes across the healthcare system.
