Dr Scott Tulloch is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery, with a strong focus on delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care. He has undertaken extensive training in Australia and internationally, supporting a broad scope of practice across both elective and trauma orthopaedics.
His clinical interests include complex knee conditions, sports-related injuries, and hip and knee replacement surgery. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Dr Tulloch completed his medical degree with Honours at Monash University before undertaking specialist orthopaedic training and achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2016.
He subsequently worked as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon within major metropolitan health services, including Alfred Health and Western Health, where he gained broad experience across elective orthopaedic procedures and trauma care.
To further develop his clinical expertise, Dr Tulloch completed a 12-month fellowship at the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic in Canada. During this time, he was involved in the management of complex knee injuries and worked within a high-performance sporting environment, contributing to the care of elite-level athletes.
He has also undertaken international observerships at leading centres in Europe and the United States, focusing on contemporary approaches to knee reconstruction and hip and knee replacement surgery.

Dr Tulloch is also actively involved in education and training. Through his public appointment at Western Health, he contributes to the development of orthopaedic trainees and medical students from the University of Melbourne. His involvement in teaching reflects a commitment to supporting the next generation of surgeons and maintaining high standards of care across the healthcare system.
